SCEJ holds its largest Annual Meeting in late March or early April every year. The autumn Annual Meeting is held in late September or early October each year. Normally, these annual meetings are held at universities across Japan and alternate one location from another according to nation-wide interests. SCEJ meetings provide opportunities to communicate research results and to learn about developments in a wide range of topical fields.
